Randi Hewit
is a senior consultant at TCC Group, a strategic consulting firm that works with foundations, nonprofits and corporate giving programs to help them increase their social impact. At TCC she primarily works with foundations on strategic planning engagements. Her clients have included large national foundations, community foundations and numerous family foundations. She is President of the board of the Hill-Snowdon Foundation, which supports social justice efforts throughout the U.S. She also serves on the board of the Ms. Foundation for Women and co-chairs the Council on Foundations’ Next Generation Advisory Task Force. Blanchard is a graduate of Stanford University and received her Masters in Public Policy from U.C. Berkeley.

A graduate of Rollins College with a degree in sociology and women’s studies, Randi Hewit serves as President of the Community Foundation of Elmira-Corning and the Finger Lakes.  She is currently directing a $15 million school readiness initiative for the benefit of Chemung County’s families and young children.  Before joining the Community Foundation, Randi managed fund development, public affairs and education as Vice President for Community Affairs at Planned Parenthood of the Southern Tier.  She is past Vice-Chair of ProNet, a professional organization serving program officers U.S. community foundations.  She also serves on boards of directors for Corning Children’s Center, WSKG Public Broadcasting, and the Chemung County Chamber of Commerce.  Randi lives in Corning NY with her husband and young daughter.
